So, first up, let’s talk about the types of goals can I help you with.
THREE TYPES OF GOALS
1. Performance-Based
This type of goal focuses on improving your performance in a one specific sport, event or activity. Here are some examples:
- set a new personal running record
- complete your first cycling race
- increase your overall strength
Who is it for?
- Adults of all ages, including older adults
- Recreational, non-competitive athletes
- Beginner or regular fitness enthusiasts seeking to level up
How does it work?
- establish a realistic goal based on current starting point
- ensure the client has the resources and time is available to support the goal
- design a personalized performance plan specific to the goal
- plan must consider all the client’s personal preferences and overall life schedule
- assess performance using subjective and objective tools and data
- make weekly tweaks along the way to ensure client enjoys the plan and it remains effective
2. Body Composition
This type of goal is about improving body composition for health, sports performance or everyday living. Here are some examples:
- sustainable fat loss
- increase muscle mass
Who is it for?
- you have a stable relationship with food and do not have disordered eating
- you can weigh/measure yourself on a regular basis without emotional upheaval
- you will consistently work hard, physically and mentally, to change the shape of your body
How does it work?
- establish a realistic goal based on current starting point
- ensure the client has the resources and time to support the goal
- design a personalized body comp plan specific to the goal
- plan must consider all the client’s personal preferences and overall life schedule
- assess body comp using subjective and objective tools and data
- make weekly tweaks along the way to ensure client enjoys the plan and it remains effective
3. Lifestyle Habits & Self-Development
This type of goal focuses on improving the quality of one’s life by working self-development, such as building sustainable habits. Here are some examples:
- build a consistent fitness habit
- improve relationship with food
- develop better sleep hygiene and stress management
Who is it for?
- adults of all ages
How does it work?
- establish a realistic goal based on what can be changed at this point in life
- ensure the client has the resources and time to support the goal
- design a personalized habit or self-development plan specific to the goal
- plan must consider all the client’s personal preferences and overall life schedule
- assess progress and development using subjective and objective tools and data
- make weekly tweaks along the way to ensure client enjoys the plan and it remains effective
DETERMINING YOUR LEVEL
Once we determine your goal and what type it falls under, then we can determine the level of coaching you require. This is important so I don’t over-coach or under-coach you.
Here are some examples:
1 Level – Total Beginner: starting from the very beginning; very little to no experience or education specific to the goal.
2 Level – Strong Beginner: working towards goals but inconsistent; has some experience and education specific to the goal.
3 Level – Intermediate: consistently working at goals but has plateaued or ready to reach higher; has more experience and some education specific to the goal, but wants to learn more.
4 Level – Advanced: experienced, extremely dedicated, ready to push their limits, looking to break a personal record; high level of experience and education specific to the goal. This service is not suitable for this level of athlete. Visit this link instead.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
- Depending on the type of goal and clients preferences, coaching can be delivered through email, live virtual meetings, TrainingPeaks* or a combo of any of these.
- Customized plan, completely tailored to you, 100%; available on paper or TrainingPeaks (goal-dependant).
- Weekly assessments with clear directions on the next step; I need to access personal data for this to be optimzed.
- Access to my complete library of additional resources upon request (meal plans, workout videos, lifestyle guides, etc).
- Ongoing support from a compassionate coach with over 24 years experience 😉

HOW TO REGISTER
❗️First, email me to find out if there is availability. I only take 5-10 clients at a time. This ensures that I can give each client the attention they deserve.
Second, we need to have a discussion either through email, phone call or Zoom call. We can discuss your goals and my coaching methodologies to ensure we are a good match.
Third, a registration and waivers forms will need to be completed and signed before coaching begins. Make sure you read my Terms & Conditions so you understand policies and your responsibilities.
And last but not least, payments will need to be initiated before I begin collecting personal data to design your customized plan. Collecting data and building the personalized plan is all part of the coaching service and these hours are billable.
NOTE: All work that I do for a client is billable and there is a coaching time limit of 1 hour per week. This time includes everything such as data collection, plan design, all forms of communication, and unforeseen circumstances requiring a quick change in plans. Usually, in the beginning of coaching I spend more time on the client to get things started and then it levels out into a rhythm.
WHAT ARE THE FEES
- $197 pp + applicable tax
- 3-month commitment*, cancel anytime after that
- monthly payments on auto-renew
- no refunds
*Why the 3-month commitment? Because it reduced the chance of someone signing up when they are not ready to make a change and then quit before the month is up. I am seeking committed individuals that will follow through for at least three months so they can realize that results take practice and patience.
HOWEVER, if an unforeseen extreme circumstance occurs, such as a loss of job, serious medical complication, accident, and so on, the client should communicate with me ASAP to assess the situation.
