This is the ULTIMATE 20-week half marathon beginner training plan package. It is designed to help non-competitive beginners run 21.1 km with confidence. The plan starts at 3 km. Includes a 20-week progressive and periodized plan, HR zone training guide, pacing strategy, tips for nutrition, gear, and so on. This plan also includes email support. That’s huge!
