CLINICS ARE NOW COMPLETE IN NOVA SCOTIA. THANK YOU!

Cycling clinics for beginners to advanced levels. Clinics are 90 minutes, educational and interactive. Maximum of 6 participants per clinic. Wear comfortable cycling gear, shoes, and helmet (mandatory). I also suggest eye protection and gloves. Bike must be in good working order, ensuring the gear and brakes work and your tires are pumped up and do not have any leaks or punctures.

NEXT CLINIC: Women’s MTB Beginner Clinic

  • Date: Monday, July 6

  • Time: 6 PM – 7:30 PM

  • Location: MARC in Dayspring

  • Bike: you will need a mountain bike with suspension (front suspension at the least)

A waiver will be sent via email once payment is confirmed along with addition details to help you prepare for your clinic. If you are unsure about your bike or need more info, please contact me.

    As with all of Tammy's sessions – it was fun, informative and above all, she is so patient and adapts to all levels of ability!!
