Premium High-Touch Integrated Coaching for Dedicated Everyday Endurance Athletes
For road or off-road runners, cyclists, triathletes, and multi-sport endurance athletes preparing for races, big events, and meaningful endurance goals who want structured training, strength, nutrition support, accountability, and long-term performance development.
You do not need to be elite. But you do need to be committed.
Most athletes begin training too close to their race, scrambling to figure out how to make it all work with everything else going on. They show up feeling excited but also anxious, wondering if they did enough to prepare.
As a result, many discover once they are out there that they did not train enough to meet their own expectations. Some cross the line feeling disappointed or completely spent. After that, they often stop again. The off-season gets wasted, even though it is the time when the biggest foundational gains can be made for long-term strength, health, and performance.
It is not about quick improvements or last-minute builds. This is not just about the finish line. It is about you, the athlete, your wellbeing, your development, and your longevity in sport and life.
I coach people who want to perform well and stay in their sport for years. That is the heart of this work.
The Everyday Athlete Life
The athletes I coach come from full, busy lives. They have careers, families, responsibilities, travel, and routines that sometimes leave little space for training. Yet they still love their sport. Some race for fun. Some chase PRs or podiums. Others prefer bikepacking, stage races, fundraising events, or big adventure goals. Others train for health, confidence, and long-term fitness.
It all counts. It all matters.
What connects them is commitment. They want to train with intention. They want training that fits their life and supports their future in the sport. Mostly, they want consistency, structure, accountability, and long-term progress, not a crash course before a big event.
Random training will not get you there. A sustainable plan will.
I Understand This Lifestyle
I have been coaching for more than 25 years and an endurance athlete since 2007. I understand this lifestyle because I have lived it through every possible challenge.
During some of the craziest times in my life is when I first started in triathlons and road running races when I joined the Bridgewater Triathlon Club. At this time, I was a single mother managing an art gallery and attending university full-time to obtain my teaching degree. I taught strength classes on the side, volunteered in the community, looked after my home and my son. It was a lot, but…
I did my first Sprint Triathlon that season in Bridgetown, Nova Scotia using a mountain bike, no swim goggles or wetsuit, and a pair of running shoes with cotton gear. I came in second last, and I loved it. I kept going, upgraded my gear, trained with the club, eventually became a NCCP triathlon coach and started coaching for the club. I also started to earn a place on the podiums, sometimes taking first place in my age group. I began to take on bigger events with 70.3 and the full iron-distance.
When I trained for my first Ironman-distance triathlon, EPIC Dartmouth in Nova Scotia, I was a single mom managing an art gallery, attending university full time, and taking care of my home and property. I completed that race. Twice. Signed up immediately after I finished my first and the second time, I qualified for a spot on Team Canada for the Long Course World Championships.
After eight years of triathlon, I shifted into mountain biking and cyclocross. While I was new to mountain biking, I trained with intention and eventually found my way to the podium at several races, and eventually ranked 2nd Female in the Nova Scotia Provincials.
A similar thing happened in cyclocross. For my very first race, I actually used a mountain bike. But I was determined. From there, I raced eight seasons back to back and ranked 2nd female in the Nova Scotia provincial points series for two years.
When I moved to Alberta in 2016, I focused on mountain bike marathons and stage racing. I completed several marathon races, landed on podiums, finished TransRockies Singletrack6 in 2018, and completed the seven-day TransRockies Classic in 2019.
I know the reality of balancing big goals with real life. I’ve learned how to train without burning out, how to build consistency, and how to stay healthy in the long run. I also have a deep understanding of what sport can do for the quality of one’s life, developed a deeper and meaningful connection that goes beyond the joy of what a PR or podium finish can bring. Without sport, I would feel empty. That experience shapes every part of my coaching philosophy.

Before You Reach Out
If this approach feels right so far, here is what you need to know before we talk.
The Commitment
This is a 12-month partnership. Not seasonal. Not short-term.
Athletes make the biggest progress when they commit to a full year of coaching. They are then able to capitalize of all the training phases with a 12-month periodized training plan, which includes the off-season. It’s not just about the weeks leading up to the race, it’s about what you do during base, recovery, and transition periods too. All of it matters. That is how durability, strength, and long-term fitness are built. Race season is the expression of the work you do all year. If you want quick fixes or temporary results, this coaching is not a match.
The Communication
All coaching is online through TrainingPeaks and private virtual meetings as needed. Consistent communication is required so I always know what is happening in your training, your life, and your overall well-being. I encourage daily check-ins and weekly overviews so you are aware of what is coming up and you let me know how each session goes, when it makes sense. This is how personalized coaching excels – with excellent communication practices.
The Mindset
I coach highly invested lifestyle athletes. People who love their sport and want to grow within it. People who feel better when they train. Those who are committed to the long game and want a coach who understands how to build a stable, healthy, sustainable athlete.
If that describes you, you will feel at home here.
The Investment
NEW CLIENTS: $6900/year
Includes intensive onboarding procedures and assessments for 100% personalized coaching. This takes quite a bit of time as we have to space it out over many months. Data collection is super important to help me understand how you like to train, how your body performs, recovers, your history in sport and medical profile and so much more. The first year together is a time of learning and exploring.
LOYAL CLIENTS: $6000/year
Clients that continuously roll over year after year are loyal clients, and so I appreciate them by offering a discounted rate. We continue to reassess what we have done previously, and at this point, we have a solid relationship established. I have several clients that are with me for more than 5 years (one over 10 years) as they see the massive benefits of working with a high-touch coach that has invested so much into understanding them and genuinely cares about their goals, performance, health and life.
