“A” races are your main goal, “B” races are used for training (practice, assessments, short taper), and “C” races are used for training (experience, no taper).
Have you already started training for your goals on your own?
List frequency, time, distance, intensity, and any other information I should know.
This includes all activities such as strength training, walking, foam rolling, etc.
I will use this to structure your weekly workouts. Be as specific as possible.
Active recovery is a short activity done VERY light, such as a leisurely walk or restorative yoga.
Garmin? FitBit? Apple Watch? etc.
If cycling, do you use a power meter?
For example, is your job very demanding and you often have to work OT? Do you have a newborn baby or a large family with a lot of commitments?
For example, do you have a weak muscle, getting physio, and what treatments or actions are you doing to help correct this?
