Premium High-Touch Integrated Coaching for Competitive Masters Endurance Athletes
For masters endurance athletes who run, ride, race triathlon, compete across multiple disciplines, or take on challenging endurance events and adventures.
You still care about improving.
You may be chasing a personal best, preparing for an important race, taking on a multi-day event, trying to move up in your age group, or simply wanting to find out what you are still capable of.
You do not need to be elite.
But you do need to be committed to your development.
Being a masters athlete does not mean your performance goals disappear. In many ways, they become more meaningful because you understand how important your sport is to your life.
At the same time, training cannot exist in a vacuum.
Recovery matters. Strength matters. Nutrition matters. Sleep and stress matter. Your training history matters. So do your work, family, travel, responsibilities, and the years of training already behind you.
The answer is not to expect less from yourself.
It is to train intelligently for the athlete you are now and the athlete you still want to become.
That is the foundation of my coaching.
Masters Athletes Need More Than a Race Plan
A lot of endurance coaching is built around one question:
What race are you training for?
That matters, but it is only part of the picture.
I want to know where you are trying to go as an athlete.
Maybe you want to become faster. Build more power. Improve your endurance. Strengthen a limiter. Return from a difficult season. Prepare for a demanding event. Become more consistent. Stay competitive within your age group.
You may also be thinking further ahead.
Can I still be doing this in five years? Ten years? Twenty?
Performance and longevity are not opposing goals.
Good coaching should help you pursue both.
That means looking beyond individual workouts and bringing your endurance training, strength, sports nutrition, recovery, wellness, race preparation, and real-life demands together.
Your training needs to work as one system.
Your Training Has to Fit Your Life
Masters athletes usually have plenty of ambition.
The bigger challenge is fitting serious training into a full life.
You may have a career, family responsibilities, travel, changing schedules, poor sleep some weeks, unexpected stress, or periods when training simply cannot be the highest priority.
That does not mean your goals have to disappear.
It means your plan needs enough structure to create progress and enough flexibility to survive real life.
Some of the masters athletes I coach race for personal bests and podiums. Others take on triathlons, running events, mountain bike marathons, stage races, adventure races, bikepacking trips, or other meaningful endurance challenges.
“Competitive” does not have to mean competing at a national level.
It means you care about how you perform.
You want to prepare properly.
You want to know why you are doing the work.
You want to improve your weaknesses, develop your strengths, and arrive at important events knowing you gave yourself a genuine opportunity to perform well.
And when that event is over, you want to keep going.

This is not template coaching.
I am not simply placing workouts on your calendar and waiting for the next week to arrive.
Your training is monitored, adjusted, developed, and connected across the different areas that influence how you perform.
Because your body does not separate endurance training from strength, recovery, nutrition, stress, and the rest of your life.
Neither should your coaching.
I Am a Masters Endurance Athlete Too
This matters to me because I live this life too.
I entered endurance sport in 2007 at about 35 years old. Most of my endurance career has therefore been spent training and competing as a masters athlete.
Now in my 50s, I am still training, strength training, racing, learning, and setting athletic goals of my own.
I understand that the way we approach training evolves as we get older.
But I also know that the desire to improve does not simply disappear because we have another birthday.
I did not come into endurance sport with an elite athletic background.
I started triathlon as a single mother managing an art gallery, attending university full-time for my teaching degree, teaching strength classes, maintaining a home, and raising my son.
My first sprint triathlon was in Bridgetown, Nova Scotia. I rode a mountain bike, did not own a wetsuit, came second last, and loved it.
Over the years I progressed into long-course triathlon, qualified for Team Canada at the Long Course World Championships, raced mountain bikes and cyclocross, stood on provincial podiums, and completed mountain bike marathons and multi-day stage races, including TransRockies Singletrack6 and the seven-day TransRockies Classic.
Those experiences matter.
But what matters even more to my coaching is everything I learned while trying to pursue those goals alongside the rest of my life.
Endurance sport eventually became about much more than race results for me.
It became part of how I live.
I know many masters athletes feel exactly the same way.
Before You Reach Out
If this sounds like the kind of coaching relationship you are looking for, there are a few things you should know.
The Commitment
This is a 12-month coaching partnership. It is not seasonal or short-term coaching.
Masters athletes benefit from looking beyond one race or one training block.
A full year gives us time to work through recovery and transition periods, foundational development, strength training, progressive endurance blocks, race preparation, competition, and rebuilding afterward.
The off-season matters.
Base training matters.
Strength matters.
Recovery matters.
Consistency matters.
The race is one part of the process.
If you are looking for someone to write a quick plan a few weeks before an event, this is probably not the right service.
If you want to keep developing from season to season, it may be.
The Communication
All coaching is delivered online through TrainingPeaks, with private virtual meetings when needed.
Good personalized coaching depends on good communication.
I need to understand what is happening in your workouts, but I also need to know when recovery, sleep, stress, illness, travel, work, or life are affecting your ability to train.
You do not need to write an essay after every workout.
You do need to communicate.
Your feedback helps me understand how you are responding and allows me to make better coaching decisions.
That is how the plan becomes truly yours.
The Mindset
This coaching is for masters endurance athletes who are invested in what they are doing.
You may be highly competitive within your age group.
You may be competing primarily against your own previous performances.
You may be pursuing races and events simply because they challenge you and make your life better.
All of those athletes belong here.
What matters is that you care about your development, communicate honestly, follow the process, and understand that meaningful progress is built over time.
You still want to perform.
You also want to protect your ability to keep performing.
I believe both deserve attention.
The Investment
NEW ATHLETES: $6,900/YEAR, PAY IN FULL
Your first year together involves considerably more than building a training calendar.
It includes onboarding, assessments, data collection, learning your training history, understanding your goals, reviewing performance and recovery patterns, identifying strengths and limiters, and learning how you respond to different types of training.
That knowledge develops throughout the first year and becomes the foundation for increasingly individualized coaching.
A 12-month payment option of $632/month is also available.
CONTINUING ATHLETES: $5,900/YEAR, PAY IN FULL
Athletes who renew consecutively receive a preferred loyalty rate and save $1,000 on the annual pay-in-full rate.
After a year together, we are no longer starting from scratch.
We have your training history, assessments, race performances, recovery patterns, strength work, customized workouts, and a much deeper understanding of how you respond to training.
That history is valuable.
It allows us to keep refining your training rather than rebuilding the relationship every season.
Several of my athletes have worked with me for more than five years, and one for more than a decade.
As their goals, fitness, lives, and needs change, the coaching evolves with them.
A 12-month payment option of $541/month is also available.
Paying in full provides the lowest total investment. Monthly payments are simply a flexible billing option for the same 12-month coaching commitment.
