TRAINING PLANS

This is a fairly new feature added to the GO FIT LIFE PROJECT membership package. Each month, I upload a new type of plan. These plans are very highly detailed and actually look more like a book. The idea is to provide the user with everything they need to complete the plan successfully.

Training plans for strength, endurance, walking, running, and cycling. Plans can be downloaded and printed, complete with heart rate training guidelines, reusable templates, and support materials to help track their progress and see the plan through to the end.

Coming in 2022: get access to my growing TrainingPeaks training plan library. All workouts can be accessed with a compatible smartwatch such as Apple Watch, Garmin, FitBit and more.
