I wanted to thank Tammy for doing so much research on menopause. It was very informative and I learnt so much. It was great learning about the nutrition and exercising aspect to menopause and losing weight and the bonus is getting a 12 week training program. I have been struggling with my weight and I always thought you had to exercise really hard and become really sore for anything to take place, which lead me to not being able to exercise and then not wanting to. The information you gave us about exercising taught me a lot and I am looking forward to starting the 12 week training program. Tammy you are so up beat and truly want to help people get to where they need to be both physically and mentally. Anyone out there struggling with your weight, wanting to just get in to shape, having an upbeat session, feel good about yourself, contact Tammy, you will not be disappointed.

Must do Course if you track Calories!!

Very informative course to understand how to do the math around calculating personal calorie intake to lose, gain or maintain your weight. Take away calculation sheets and great instruction that was interactive to be able to ask questions. This works whether you follow carb reduced or high protein meal planning. Information for life as there's so many opinions on the internet - this is fact based data that works for anyone. Don't hesitate to sign up for the next class!!

Simply a must attend for anyone who is tracking calories/macros

Great workshop that is jam packed with information that puts you in charge of your goals and nutrition to fuel your training, better recovery, weightloss and to make better choices - what ever your goal is, be in charge of it.
Major take away for me is that I am armed with the tools and knowledge so that I can change and adjust my tracking goals as needed, sometimes you have to adjust your caloric intake depending on whether you are training, taking part in a fitness event or simply just taking a day off.

This is not the first course I have taken from Tammy nor will it be the last - as usual she did not disappoint. The session content and information provided, was not only relevant but she made it easy to understand and follow. The worksheets and tools provided are an essential part of setting someone up for success in their health and wellness journey. Encouragement & Long Term Habits

If that’s what you’re missing then look no further. Tammy has not only extensive industry knowledge and training but her videos, meal prep guides and recipe books provide extra support to increase my knowledge and help educate me. And the Groups are supportive and engaged so every day I feel like I have my own support group. And what I really love is there’s no such thing as fail with this group. So often we beat ourselves up because we blew a day. This group allows me be kind to myself and start again tomorrow. There is no fail. Thanks Tammy. I love my new habit of walking! The physical AND metal benefits are amazing!!

Great program.

Tammy does an incredible job at developing and presenting the information and workouts. She makes it fun! At times, too much fun . Not sure whether to laugh or cry... it makes the session so enjoyable. Her ability to listen and shape the program to the client's needs is second to non! If you follow her strategy, stick to the program and do the extra that is required you will succeed!!!
