Any member on the free or premium plan can book a private goal-setting session with me on Zoom. This takes one hour. By the end of the session, you will have a realistic goal set and a plan to follow that utilizes the tools available to you in your membership.
You MUST have the goal-setting workbook completed before booking the session. During the consult, we review your goals. Then we create your personalized plan to get you started on your journey.
