Description
Mountain Biking Group Lessons for Women in Fort McMurray
Learn the fundamental and necessary skills to ride a mountain bike on green (beginner) to blue (intermediate) singletrack trails.
I’m pumped to once again offer a series of beginner mountain biking group lessons for women in Fort McMurray. No prior mountain biking experience is required.
You do not need a high level of fitness either. The skill development drills are short with lots of opportunity to take breaks.
At the end of the lesson, we will do a very short group ride together if time permits.
Each workshop is capped at 6 women to provide a more personalized experience. Everyone will receive feedback for each drill as they practice.
The first series of group lessons will focus on body positioning, gearing and braking. I will offer additional workshops for women to build upon these skills from spring to early fall. Sign up to my newsletter HERE to get the details and follow me on Facebook HERE.
