Level Up to Lose is a 90-day Weight Loss Challenge Featuring Three Levels of Progression
Each level progresses with intensity to help participants avoid plateaus and reap desired results from their hard work and dedication.
STARTS JANUARY 16
LEVEL ONE – KICKSTART:
This is the foundational level where participants are given time to settle into new changes.
LEVEL TWO – UPRISING:
This intensity builds at this level with more challenging workouts and encouraging serious habit changes.
LEVEL THREE – FEARLESS:
This is the top level where we digger deeper and push harder as we near the end of the challenge.

- Commit to the daily challenges posted in our group
WHO IS THIS SUITABLE FOR?
Anyone that wants to change eating and exercise habits with the goal of losing weight and developing a healthier lifestyle. All fitness levels, adults and genders are welcome to join. This is an inclusive challenge.
FEES & REGISTRATION
$1 per day. Yes, I said that! This means each person will make a one-time payment of $90 for the entire 3-month program (plus tax).
