- Free Zoom info session: Mon, May 9 at 5 PM (MST) // 7 PM (EST) // 8 PM (AST)
- 6-week program starts on Mon, May 16 and ends on Sun, June 26
- Mindset Connection workshops on Zoom every Saturday morning starting May 21 at 8 AM (MST) // 10 AM (EST) // 11 AM (AST)
- 5 people minimum, 20 people maximum

Requirements
- Dumbells and/or kettlebells ranging from 3 lbs to 10 lbs (or more if you have it)
- Designated workout space at home
- Free basic Zoom account
- No injuries that could be made worse by increasing your physical activity (please talk to your doctor first)
