- increasing strength and mobility

- emotional health
- energy balance
- gut health
- sleep hygiene
- healthy lifestyle habit formation
We meet live on Zoom every Monday at 3pm or 7pm MST for one hour (adjust for your time zone). You can choose which time slot you want to attend and it can change as you need. We do not meet on holidays and there are no make-up times because this is reflected in the overall price.
Requires a free basic Zoom account, pen, paper, and folders to organize materials.
Registration only opens once per month for three days. Classes are kept small for more personalized feedback. As more people join, I will offer more time slots. Requests for a 9am MST / 12pm AST time slot has been made. If you wish to get on the list for this slot, please email me.
