I’m interested in learning how many of you manage food cravings, or maybe you don’t manage them at all? Is it worse during the holidays or special occasions? During stress? Boredom? What triggers it? Do you think habits play a part? Maybe sometimes it is not a real craving, maybe it’s a learned and habitual reaction to a trigger? Let’s discuss!
