Please note that all participants only need to complete the online registration and waiver form once for the 2021 summer season.

Who is this for?

Boot camps are for intermediate+ fitness levels only. Workshops are skill development for all fitness levels. Women's Rip 'n Sip is beginner-friendly, all levels.

Limits & Locations

Due to COVID restrictions, classes are limited to 10. First come, first serve. Locations stated on program calendar & announced in facebook group.

Fees & Registration

Pick & choose your classes during sign up. $10 pp per running & cycling class. $40 pp for each MTB women's only workshop. Women's Rip 'n Sip is free.

REGISTRATION IS EASY

PURCHASE A PERSONALIZED BUNDLE

Get classes for $10 each when you select a bundle (ie: 2 or more classes). Click the “Register Now” button below. Make your class and workshop selections. Fill out the waiver. Click submit. When I receive your form, I will email you with registration confirmation and the total payment due based on your personalized bundle.

Now Accepting Drop-ins

Don’t want to commit? Drop into any boot camp class for $15 each. Check “drop in anytime” on the registration form and pay cash at the start of class. Just show up and go. Be sure to join my Facebook group ‘Train with Tammy’ so you know where we are each week.

There are no refunds 7 days prior to a class. A 25% admin fee is charged on cancellations. Read Terms & Conditions before signing up.
