With the bustle of the Christmas holidays, it can be hard to stay on track with your regular fitness routine. They are conveniently short and challenging enough to make you feel like you did some solid hard work.

Below is the Holiday Harassment playlist. To see the list of videos, click on the menu icon in the top left of the video box. A drop-down list will appear. Workouts range from 5 – 7 minutes and each video provides a different workout. giving you lots of variety. Do them in order, or pick one that interests you, and GO!
